HCSS ITS Fellow

The University of Texas Medical Branch is seeking HCSS ITS Fellows to support the UTMB Network Operations Team. This role offers hands-on experience through rotations across multiple ITS functional areas, preparing fellows for a successful transition from student to employee.

Responsibilities

Delivers end user reports within specified timeframes throughout campus
Monitors and operates printing and microfiche hardware under supervision
Performs routine maintenance on printing and microfiche hardware under supervision
Logs and reports all problems
Adheres to internal controls established for department
Performs related duties as required

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in ITData processing equipmentEnd user reportingRoutine maintenanceProblem logging

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business/Finance, or Healthcare from an accredited college or university. Degree must be earned before the fellowship start date
