Start in 2026 SummerTyonek Native Corporation is seeking engineering students for an internship that involves both hardware and software design to support national defense. Interns will work full-time during the summer, engaging in various engineering tasks and collaborating closely with engineers.

Responsibilities
Create, update, maintain, and execute test procedures
Document process and all testing data
Work closely with engineer on hardware and test software design
Problem Solve/Debug/Troubleshoot
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Performs a variety of tasks
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be a US citizen
We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing
Preferred
3rd or 4th year student pursuing a degree in electrical, computer, or software engineering preferred - expected graduate in 2023 or 2024
Programming in C; C++ and Java a plus
Experience with Testing PCB and Electronic Systems
Experience with Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Multi-meters
Good working knowledge of MS Office software
Creative mind to troubleshoot, find and resolve problems
