Responsibilities
Advise or build solutions by acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into IIoT solutions
Architect and integrate industrial IoT platforms, robotics, and software into existing factory systems, focusing on scalability and interoperability
Lead the assessment, design, and deployment of IIoT architectures, ensuring robust connectivity, data flow, and security across manufacturing operations
Align IIoT solutions with core manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation
Advise on emerging IIoT technologies, trends, and disruptions, recommending strategic advancements for continuous improvement
Manage full solution lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support in real-world manufacturing settings
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges, opportunities, and future needs, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
Support integration with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and other manufacturing IT systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field
Minimum 7 years' experience in manufacturing and industrial automation, with a focus on IIoT and digital transformation
Proven expertise in designing and integrating IIoT architectures, including connectivity, edge computing, and cloud platforms
Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 value streams (supply chain, product development, customer experience, etc.)
Experience with MES, WMS, and manufacturing IT systems integration
Ability to translate strategic business goals into actionable IIoT solutions and operating models
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagements and onsite support
