Responsibilities
Building cost estimates for internal dunnage (foam, corrugated, plastics, thermoformed trays)
Translating drawings into Excel-based cost models
Working closely with design, fabrication, customer service, and vendors
Supporting quotes, POs, and pricing accuracy
Learning how our packaging solutions are designed and built — end to end
Qualification
Required
Hands-on and detail-driven approach
Ability to build cost estimates for internal dunnage (foam, corrugated, plastics, thermoformed trays)
Ability to translate drawings into Excel-based cost models
Ability to work closely with design, fabrication, customer service, and vendors
Support quotes, POs, and pricing accuracy
Willingness to learn how packaging solutions are designed and built
Comfortable in Excel (pivot tables > macros)
Enjoy collaborating with technical and shop-floor teams
Desire for stability, growth, and exposure to manufacturing decisions
