Responsibilities
Curate & Coordinate: Create the event within the Gist platform and manage pre-event logistics—including scouting locations and securing reservations—to ensure the setting is perfect for connection
Welcome & Onboard: Greet attendees, help them join via QR code, and set a warm, confident tone right from the start
Showcase & Promote: Act as a product expert by highlighting new Gist features and updates, demonstrating how they work and getting the community excited about what’s new
Engage & Answer: Be the go-to person for questions about Gist, the event topic, or how to make the most of each conversation
Amplify on Social: Share live moments (Stories, posts, Reels) to build buzz and showcase real connections (with consent)
Gather Feedback: Collect quick insights post-event to help us improve
Qualification
Required
You genuinely love bringing people together and seeing connections spark
You are comfortable handling logistics, managing reservations, and ensuring the digital setup is ready to go before the first guest arrives
Warm, approachable, and great at reading the room
Can explain Gist—and its latest features—in 30 seconds and make anyone feel included
Events run like clockwork — you keep the vibe high even if Wi-Fi dips
Most events are 1.5–2 hours, 2-5 times per month (may increase more over time)
Preferred
Active on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X — bonus if you have a niche-focused audience (e.g., wellness, sci-fi, productivity, local culture)
