Senior LevelVLink Inc is seeking a Functional Lead to drive the strategy and optimization of the Workday HCM suite. The role involves acting as the lead solution architect, establishing governance policies, and overseeing the creation of executive-level dashboards and analytics strategies.

Responsibilities
Act as the lead solution architect for Core HCM, Compensation, and Absence/Time Tracking, ensuring cross-module data integrity
Establish governance policies for business process configuration, security roles, and data auditing
Lead the analysis and adoption of bi-annual Workday feature releases, coordinating testing and change management
Oversee the creation of executive-level dashboards and analytics strategies
Qualification
Required
Deep configuration knowledge of Core HCM plus 2 additional functional areas (e.g., Advanced Comp, Talent, or Benefits)
Experience leading functional projects and managing stakeholder expectations at the Director/VP level
Commitment to a 5-day onsite work week in the Bay Area
Preferred
Workday HCM Core Certification is strongly preferred
