Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with talent and clients
Proficiency in Sales and Talent Management to identify opportunities and support talent development
Experience in Casting and collaborating with brands to create tailored partnerships
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating adaptability and organization
Familiarity with influencer marketing trends and digital media platforms
Preferred
Experience in the entertainment or advertising industries is advantageous
