Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
Analyze financial data, business trends, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to inform business strategy
Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership
Support monthly close processes and variance analysis
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and tools
Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or technology company
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Experience with financial reporting tools, CRM's (SalesForce) & sales tools, data visualization tools (Domo, Tableau)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
MBA or CPA strongly preferred
