Responsibilities
Work actively in monitoring the Strategy Planning process
Assist in the development and maintenance of plans of operations for the different programs and areas
Search for governmental and non-governmental Request for Statement of Qualifications - RFSQ and other ways to fund the Thaddeus Resources activities
Writing funding proposals based on the current plans of operations
Develop and monitor plans of operations
Gather efforts in task-forces to meet a deadline whenever doing so is needed
Able to handle multiple projects, priorities, make recommendations for appropriate action and deadlines daily
Act as a servant-leader facilitating the development process of the Thaddeus programs based on Agile frameworks
Collect data about the programs and transform it in information and reports
Draft donor communications
Maintain donor and grant databases
Prepare presentations and reports
Assist in the research and identification of potential grant funders
Assist in the planning and organizing of major fundraising events and activities
Answer and make phone calls, respond to questions and concerns of clients and programs participants and send written communication

Qualification
Required
Strong research and analytical skills

Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision
Strong technical and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship
Ability to pass the mandated reporter exam
Intern must have the appropriate technology, internet connection and ability to function in a virtual capacity via Microsoft Teams
