Responsibilities
Maintain and support various Engineering Department (ENG) platforms and acts as the department's liaison
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external developers, and executive leadership to ensure successful project execution
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
15 years' experience managing the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level IT, hardware, or software systems preferably for large public transportation system
Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology programs on aggressive schedules
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage vendors, and oversee system integrations
Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment for large-scale enterprise systems or PMIS
Preferred
Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Agile, Scrum, or ITIL certification
Prior experience implementing or managing systems built on the Kahua PMIS platform
Experience working with Port Authority systems and project delivery frameworks
