Responsibilities

Support financial analysis and assist in building simple valuation models for M&A and strategic projects
Collaborate with team members during various stages of the deal process, including research, document preparation, and information organization
Research market trends, competitors, and industry data to inform decision-making
Maintain and update project trackers, databases, and dashboards as directed
Contribute to annual planning and investment reviews by gathering and organizing relevant information

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution
Basic knowledge of Excel and interest in financial modeling; willingness to learn and develop these skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Interest in valuation, M&A, and corporate finance

Preferred

Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas
Attention to detail and a willingness to receive feedback
Motivated, curious, and able to work effectively in a team environment
