Responsibilities
Generate and send invoices to clients, monitor payment status, follow up on outstanding balances, and ensure timely cash collections
Review vendor invoices, verify accuracy, manage payment schedules, and assist with processing payments
Assist with monthly and quarterly reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card statements, vendor accounts, and internal ledgers; identify and help resolve discrepancies
Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems; organize receipts, statements, and backup documentation
Assist in preparing summary reports and spreadsheets for internal review, audits, and monthly closings
Work closely with HR, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth handling of finance-related documentation and compliance requirements
Support the finance team in identifying ways to improve efficiency, such as streamlining payment tracking or documentation workflows
Qualification
Preferred
Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
Basic knowledge of accounting or financial documents is a plus
Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, or similar tools is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a plus
Good communication skills; ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is a plus
Willingness to learn and take initiative is a plus
