Create original prints, recolor existing patterns, develop repeats, and build multiple colorways
Develop technical breakdowns of print and pattern layout specifications for external partners
Deliver production-ready artwork in both digital and print formats for internal and external use
Collaborate with the design team to visualize, present, and communicate print concepts through CAD artwork
Support the sales team by expediting custom print requests and recolorations as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in the textile or women's fashion industry
Degree in Textile Design or a related design field
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and NedGraphics
Strong understanding of print repeats and layout construction
Excellent color sense and attention to detail
Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple projects
Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and motivation in a fast-paced environment
