Responsibilities
Review completed production order packets for accurate recording of information and input data into the company ERP per established process
Follow guidelines established in the company's Good Documentation Practices procedure to identify documentation errors
Using Excel, prepare reports for daily production huddle
Will create other reports as requested
Using Excel and the company ERP ' identify, create, and assemble printed production order packets for items as needed
Collect and distribute data for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring monthly
Participate in annual physical inventory
Assist with related special projects, as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three years related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient data entry
Microsoft Office experience
Preferred
Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms
