Sr. Analyst Instructional Designer

Orgill is seeking a Sr. Analyst Instructional Designer responsible for the strategic design, development, and evaluation of high-level instructional materials and complex curricula. This role involves producing multimedia content and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the department's educational strategy.

Responsibilities

Develops, designs, and manages courses and curriculum, ensuring alignment with the team’s vision
Collaborates with subject matter experts to determine the focus of material and develop accurate, high-impact course content
Designs comprehensive learning activities and assessments to measure knowledge transfer and retention
Analyzes, updates, and refines existing content in line with best practices and user surveys
End-to-end video creation, including writing scripts, filming, lighting, audio recording, and post-production editing
Creates high-quality visual assets, infographics, and branding elements to support training materials and internal communications
Creates advanced computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards using rapid authoring tools and custom graphic design
Creates engaging learning experiences and environments that go beyond standard slide-based learning

Required

7 to 10+ years of experience in Instructional Design, with a specific portfolio demonstrating video and graphic design proficiency
Deep knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment and models such as ADDIE or SAM
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone
Proficient in Google Products and MS Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical learners
Must have the ability to read and write English
BS, MS, or higher degree in instructional design, graphic design, media production, or related field
Expert-level experience with design platforms such as Articulate Storyline, iSpring, and Camtasia
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Firefly, Photoshop, and Illustrator) or similar professional design software (Canva, Figma, AI Tools)
Ability to visualize complex information and translate it into easy-to-understand graphics and videos
Utilizes excellent project management skills to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines and large-scale rollout plans
A learning and growth mindset with a desire to take an innovative approach to Adult Learning
Keeps current on best practices in instructional design and multimedia trends, setting the team's quality standard
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently while working well under pressure
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment
