Responsibilities
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
Maintenance of personnel files
General administrative and clerical support
Data entry, photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing and electronic filing
Manage a high volume multi line phone system and route those calls to the appropriate party
Qualification
Required
At least One (1) year of office experience required
At least 18 years of age
Requires excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others
Ability to multitask and prioritize a number of projects and work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
A cheerful voice and professional telephone manner
