Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate contractor work to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Scope, plan, and estimate contractor work in alignment with established procedures, ensuring work packages include all required permits, safety guidelines, and documentation
Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and resource forecasts for maintenance and construction activities
Coordinate schedule reviews with stakeholders and ensure accuracy of planned work
Communicate project plans and updates to all stakeholders and maintain contractor schedules (daily, weekly, outage work)
Monitor and manage overtime usage, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and ensure proper closure of work orders and follow-up actions after job completion
Oversee receipt of materials and ensure timely distribution for payment processing
Review and approve invoices within authorization limits and route for additional approvals as needed
Develop and maintain planning reports, KPIs, and other performance metrics
Lead efforts in process improvement, documentation management, and lessons learned initiatives
Participate in decisions regarding contractor resource allocation, scheduling, and selection to optimize performance and control costs
Purchase required materials, consumables, and equipment in accordance with project schedules
Perform additional tasks or special assignments as directed by management
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in planning, scheduling, and cost management
Preferred
PMP certification
