Responsibilities

Excelling in a team environment with excellent communication and customer skills, while at the same time working technically independent

Providing problem-solving support to maintenance staff to quickly diagnose equipment, controls, and processing issues

Leading and managing capital projects

Specifying and sizing piping and equipment and developing datasheets (including instrumentation) for capital projects

Developing/redlining process PFD and P&IDs

Ensuring projects meet quality, engineering specification/standards, industry standards, and cost and schedule requirements for projects

Required

BS Chemical Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience

Strong background in Chemical Engineering and process theory

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve operational challenges in process piping and pumping systems within a manufacturing or chemical processing environment

Strong cause-effect analytical and problem-solving abilities

Process development and process design experience
