Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle robot deployment, including environment assessments and safety reviews
Perform workflow mapping and coordinate with customer IT and Operations teams
Lead Camera and LIDAR calibration processes
Utilize ROS/ROS2 for system launch, configuration, and data bag management
Develop simple Python or Bash scripts for teleoperation, data capture, and replay
Provide a combination of remote and onsite technical support during the rollout phase
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing complex customer rollouts and initial system deployments
Ability to perform environment assessments and safety reviews
Experience in workflow mapping and coordination with IT and Operations teams
Proficiency in Camera and LIDAR calibration processes
Experience with ROS/ROS2 for system launch, configuration, and data bag management
