Responsibilities

Learn and understand the principles of plastic injection molding processes: This involves gaining knowledge of material properties, machine operation, process parameters, and quality control procedures

Gather and analyze data on processes: This could involve collecting data from dashboards and reports, performing basic analysis, and identifying potential areas for improvement

Support with troubleshooting and problem-solving during production runs: This may involve assisting with identifying process issues, proposing solutions, and collaborating with technicians to optimize production efficiency

Perform functional testing equipment to obtain data for validation or product release

Audit Lot Record Packages to ensure adherence to Data Integrity Principles

Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols as outlined by the company: This includes following proper personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines, practicing safe work habits, and reporting any safety concerns

Demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to continuous improvement
