Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage or discrepancies

Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to customer and carrier requirements

Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)

Enter receipts, shipments, and inventory movements into the ERP system accurately and promptly

Generate shipping documents, labels, and packing lists through ERP

Maintain accurate records of all transactions for audit and compliance purposes

Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation

Report discrepancies and coordinate resolution with purchasing or warehouse management

Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials when applicable
