Vice President- Administrative Services (1AS26)
NEOGOV is seeking a Vice President of Administrative Services to lead and manage the administrative functions at Aiken Technical College. The role involves overseeing fiscal management, facilities maintenance, and information technology while ensuring compliance and accountability across all operations.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight of fiscal and physical resources to maximize positive outcomes in support of the College’s mission, while ensuring integrity and accountability across all financial and inventory systems. Ensure timely and accurate service to students and external agencies that require financial requests or reports, and maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and other regulatory requirements
Provide leadership and management of facilities maintenance operations and facilities planning and construction processes to ensure appropriate and well-maintained facilities are available to support the College’s programs and services. Provide leadership and oversight of campus emergency preparedness and response functions, ensuring preventative measures are in place and that emergencies are addressed promptly and professionally, in collaboration with campus security and external partners as needed
Recommend the annual operating and capital budgets to the President and Commission for approval, and keep both parties informed of fiscal conditions, budget performance, and financial projections throughout the budget year
Provide leadership and management of purchasing and auxiliary services to ensure high-quality service to internal and external customers, achievement of budgetary objectives, and compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
Provide leadership and oversight of Information Technology resources, systems, and processes to ensure reliable, secure, and effective technology services and infrastructure within approved budgetary guidelines
Select, develop, and lead personnel within the Administrative Services Division to achieve divisional goals and objectives. Serve as an active, collaborative member of the College’s executive leadership team and the President’s Executive Staff, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the division and across the institution. Serve on committees and teams that support the achievement of the College’s strategic goals. Engage in ongoing professional development and apply knowledge to the continual improvement of related goals and activities. Perform other duties as assigned and, at the President’s request, serve as a liaison with government officials and community leaders
Qualification
Required
A Master's degree plus seven (7) years of progressively responsible related work experience
Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) may be accepted in lieu of the required master's degree
Preferred
Higher Education experience in business, financial management, administrative services, facilities management, capital project planning, information technology, and procurement preferred
