Driving profitable group business
Elevating Red Rock’s positioning as a premier luxury meetings and events destination
Building a high-performance sales culture
Leads strategy, revenue optimization, talent development, and cross-functional execution across Group Sales, Catering Sales, Corporate, and SMERF segments
Accountable not only for booking pace and execution, but for market share growth, demand shaping, displacement strategy, and total resort profitability
Serves as a strategic partner to property and enterprise leadership, ensuring group business decisions align with Red Rock’s brand, financial goals, and long-term vision
Qualification
Required
Five (5) Years experience as Director of Sales at a luxury (4-star or higher) resort or destination property
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated success driving profitable group revenue growth, market share, and team performance
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, displacement analysis, and revenue optimization
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment while maintaining professionalism and positive leadership presence
Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing sales teams
