Associate Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact between potential study participants and the research team ensuring smooth communication and coordination
Maintain accurate and up to date candidate files
Collaborate with the recruitment team and other departments to optimize scheduling
Provide excellent service to potential study participants
Work closely with the recruitment coordinators to align on scheduling availability
Monitor and manage the Clinical Conductor system daily
Qualification
Required
High School diploma
Minimum two (2) years' experience in recruitment or customer service role, preferably in healthcare, clinical or research setting
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional telephone skills
Preferred
College/University degree in related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Health Administration) a plus
A bilingual person in English and Spanish is preferred
