Responsibilities
Ability to learn and understand the systems and processes related to assigned projects
Monitor and manage project performance, scope, budget, quality, risks and schedule for all assigned projects
Provide frequent and direct communication with stakeholders
Understand and document business requirements
Translate business requirements into functional requirements and specifications, working with business and systems analysts as needed
Identify effective solutions as part of a project team
Prepare and update project plans
Ability to understand hours and cost to perform the required services with the assistance of the project team
Prepare and maintain project schedules
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and meeting minutes
Maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders across the organization
Prepare and effectively communicate project progress reports to all stakeholders
Validate and maintain project documentation
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Coordinate and guide technical resources within the project team to ensure delivery of a high-quality outcome
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in the field of business, management, information technology or related discipline
At least 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with stakeholders from a broad spectrum of disciplines
Preferred
PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) credential
