Responsibilities

Own and lead construction execution on active electrical project sites
Ensure electrical installations meet all code requirements and quality standards
Manage jobsite safety, crew performance, and field team development
Create and maintain manpower projections and construction schedules
Coordinate material planning, delivery, and usage
Maintain accurate reporting for project progress, timesheets, safety incidents, and change orders
Resolve inter-group and field production conflicts
Serve as the on-site representative to clients, vendors, inspectors, and crews

Required

Minimum of 5 years of electrical field leadership experience
Active Journeyman's License required
Strong skills in manpower planning, scheduling, and material reporting
Experience working from project jobsites throughout DFW and North Texas
Proven ability to lead teams, enforce safety standards, and drive production
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Employment subject to background check and drug screening
