Lead and motivate a team within a designated department
Provide daily guidance and on-the-job training
Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members in both English and Spanish
Support production targets and help coordinate workflow
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
Collaborate with supervisors to resolve production or staffing issues
Maintain accurate logs and assist with shift handovers
Promote a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Qualification
Required
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
Bilingual: Spanish and English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
A hands-on, safety-first mindset
Basic computer skills and familiarity with production reporting systems
Preferred
Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred
