Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a dispatch team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Work hands-on loading kitchen cabinets into delivery trucks
Verify orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality before dispatch
Move and manage heavy carts and products safely throughout the warehouse
Coordinate daily workflow to meet dispatch schedules and delivery targets
Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members in both English and Spanish
Provide on-the-job coaching, training, and performance feedback
Enforce health and safety procedures and promote safe working practices
Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues quickly
Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and shift handovers
Ensure the dispatch area remains clean, organized, and efficient
Qualification
Required
Experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or distribution environment
Must be Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and moving heavy items
Comfortable working at a fast pace and adapting to changing priorities
Hands-on leadership style with a strong safety-first mindset
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse or dispatch systems
Preferred
Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
