Responsibilities

Support execution of category strategies by enforcing approved buying channels and supplier networks

Provide administrative and transactional support for procurement projects, supplier management, and contract activities

Review, negotiate, and support execution of agreements including statements of work and master service agreements within approved authority levels

Manage procure-to-pay intake requests and ensure service level expectations are met

Assist with data analysis, bid summaries, contract reviews, and procurement reporting activities

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve procurement processes and customer experience

Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Minimum of five years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract negotiations

Strong experience with contract management and vendor negotiations

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred

Experience supporting facilities management or real estate services procurement

Familiarity with procurement or enterprise resource planning systems

Experience supporting indirect procurement categories
