Responsibilities

Review and manage the organizations overall IT infrastructure

Maintain and support servers, SAN, firewalls, networking, and security systems

Manage cloud-based phone/VoIP systems

Oversee antivirus, endpoint protection, server maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery

Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets

Ensure compliance with data security, cybersecurity, privacy, and governance standards

Partner with business leaders to optimize workflows and improve system integration across departments

Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and performance in a timely and cost-effective manner

Establish IT governance, documentation, and best practices

Oversee in-office technology, platforms, procurement, user experience, and help desk operations

Champion innovation initiatives, including evaluation of emerging technologies such as AI and digital platforms

Develop and implement a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with organizational objectives
