This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to various departmental responsibilities within the Facilities team, including real estate, property management, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Gain exposure to and build your knowledge base on commercial lease types, structures, and key financial components
Portfolio-wide roll out of new global lease software and tools
Create customized reports and presentations that connect key data points from new leasing software and CMS system
Prepare financial analysis and presentation materials to support the firm’s strategic real estate goals
Conduct market research on areas within existing real estate portfolio to stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity
Compile search criteria, drawings, and other relevant information to help explore potential new office locations

Required

Pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree with a graduation date between fall 2028 and spring 2027

Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite proficiency)
A willingness to conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times
Demonstrate an ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff
Commitment to the highest ethical standards
