Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities
Lead the execution of complex digital marketing workstreams, including social media and email campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and at the LFL standard of excellence
Act as a right hand to the Client, translating high-level vision into actionable project plans
Stay at the forefront of the Client's product landscape and a passionate advocate for AI tools and future-tech
Maintain high-touch communication with internal teams and Client partners, ensuring clarity on project health and deliverables
You have a deep background in digital production or program management, specifically within marketing agencies or creative studios
You are a Senior team member who can manage the granular details, and understand how to communicate high-level strategy to influence and advise leadership
You can thrive in a role that is being newly defined within the studio
Proven experience in social media and email campaign lifecycles is a must
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in Program Management or Senior Digital Production
Strong portfolio of digital marketing campaigns (Social/Email/Web)
Exceptional communication and 'people' skills—you are a dot-connector
Preferred
Prior experience with Client's ecosystem is a significant plus
Interest/Experience in AI and emerging tech is highly preferred
