Responsibilities
Lead and manage moderate to complex programs, taking a new perspective on existing solutions, plans, and goals
Provide direction on overall program strategy, planning, and execution
Own most or all program deliverables within the implementation plan
Initiate and manage process improvements and pilot initiatives from start to finish
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems, gather information, and host working sessions
Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to various levels of management
Develop budget forecasts, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
Create new and ad hoc reports, summarize results, and deliver actionable business insights
Operate independently on most issues while demonstrating strong judgment and accountability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of related program or project management experience
Advanced knowledge of program/project management methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with demanding timelines
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a regulatory environment
Demonstrated experience managing or directing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred
Experience within the energy or utilities industry
Knowledge of business drivers and customer-facing operational environments
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Consulting mindset with the ability to assess situations and recommend solutions
