Responsibilities
Working with the General Manager to plan and implement sales strategies to drive positive sales growth within the dispensary
Maintaining strong inventory controls and making sure that the store is upholding compliance standards
Coaching, training, and developing staff, making sure they are aligned with the company's goals and vision
Partnering with the General Manager to help create, monitor, and track the store's KPIs, and leveraging data to help drive decisions around labor costs, sales strategies, and training opportunities
Helping to hire, train and onboard new staff within the dispensary
Assisting with the store's day-to-day operations and partnering with other internal teams, such as marketing, retail operations, and supply chain
Qualification
Required
Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
Experience with point of sales systems and backend compliance tools, such as Dutchie and Metrc
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to recruit and train staff
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Analytical with the ability to set and track store KPIs
Open availability with no scheduling conflicts
Must be able to occasionally lift 50+ pounds
Must be able to either sit or stand for long periods of time
Preferred
Associate Degree preferred
2+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment with previous cannabis experience preferred
