Responsibilities
Analyze ARR trends, variances, and performance metrics to monitor business health
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accurate ARR forecasts aligned with company objectives
Build standardized ARR reporting for executive leadership to identify risks and opportunities
Own top-line revenue models for multiple products and partner with Revenue Accounting for recognized revenue reporting
Refine FP&A processes related to ARR and revenue analysis, forecasting, and reporting
Support development of deal metrics to track pricing, product, and customer lifecycle trends
Partner with Revenue and Marketing teams on pricing and promotional strategies
Deliver compelling presentations using storytelling to influence strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
8+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance roles
Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and ARR drivers
Proven experience with revenue modeling and forecasting for multiple products
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence senior leadership
