Stafford Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) as part of a broader ERP implementation. This role will focus on managing a custom software development effort using Agile methodologies and coordinating across multiple internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of a custom MES implementation using Agile development practices

Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Act as the primary liaison between the ERP team, offshore development teams, and internal IT and business partners

Translate business needs into clear project plans, user stories, and delivery timelines

Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and proactively resolve issues

Ensure clear communication of status, milestones, and expectations across all stakeholders

Drive accountability across distributed and offshore teams to meet quality and delivery goals
