The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineering Tech - Experienced or Senior, to join the F/A-18 Advanced Mission Systems team located in Berkeley, MO. This role will support the integration of aircraft mission avionics systems while working in a collaborative environment utilizing SAFe, and will be responsible for developing system/subsystem requirements and evaluating system performance in Flight Test.

Responsibilities

Support systems/specialty engineers in defining requirements, developing trade studies, performing analyses, and controlling associated data and information

Communicate with multi-disciplinary teams and across levels of program and technical leadership

Facilitate program and technical meetings, capturing minutes and documenting action items

Develop and support implementation of engineering processes, tools and procedures

Identify, collect, analyze, and organize execution data (metrics) to support management of the program

Provide technical support to all engineering activities

Train, coach, and mentor others

Work under minimal direction

Required

3 years' related work experience (familiarity with engineering processes and best practices)

The ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship

An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree

Experience in interdisciplinary engineering planning, design, development, integration, and validation and verification of avionics and/or electronics including hardware and software

Experience developing products in an Agile development environment

Experience developing Avionics products and technologies
