Responsibilities
Assist with managing commercial flooring projects from award through completion
Help coordinate schedules, materials, and labor with installers and subcontractors
Support communication between the field, office, vendors, and clients
Attend job site visits, walkthroughs, and meetings as needed
Assist with project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and closeout paperwork
Track project progress and help flag issues early
Maintain organized project files and records
Learn company standards, safety requirements, and best practices
Grow into more responsibility as experience increases
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, engineering, or a related field preferred
Recent college graduate or 0 to 2 years of related experience
