Responsibilities
Own the architecture, design, and hands-on development of production code for large-scale software systems
Translate system-level requirements into executable designs and models with clear traceability to code
Lead technical code reviews to ensure security, performance, and conformance to engineering standards
Implement and monitor automated verification strategies and sign off on software readiness for production
Research and prototype emerging technologies and frameworks to integrate into production codebases
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience developing software applications for airline flight operations and flight crews
Professional proficiency in C++ development on both MacOS and Windows operating systems
Demonstrated domain knowledge in airplane performance and flight operations regulations
Experience with agile software development, CI/CD environments, and cloud hosting architectures
Ability to provide technical leadership through both system design and hands-on implementation
