Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters

Conduct client intake, investigations, and case evaluations

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery

Take and defend depositions

Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel

Attend mediations, hearings, and court proceedings

Prepare and try cases when necessary

Work closely with case managers and support staff
