Starpath Robotics is developing a full stack solution for commercial scale rocket propellant production on the Moon and Mars. They are seeking a Program Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of space hardware programs across engineering, manufacturing, and customer interfaces.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of space hardware programs

Track schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables

Support the cross-functional link between Product and Customer teams

Own internal program management processes

Cultivate and maintain our culture of quality and continuous improvement

Qualification

Required

B.S. in Engineering, Operations, or related field

5+ years experience in program or project management

Experience working with hardware development teams

Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred

Direct experience with space solar arrays, deployables, power systems packaging, or similar hardware

Aerospace or space hardware experience

Startup or early-stage program experience

Familiarity with manufacturing and qualification workflows
