Responsibilities
Lead and develop maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and safe operations
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Plan, budget, and execute capital projects from design through installation
Partner with production and safety teams to identify and solve issues quickly
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Manage maintenance systems (SAP, CMMS, AutoCAD) and track performance metrics
Support a positive and collaborative unionized work environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of leadership experience in a unionized manufacturing or industrial environment
Proven success leading maintenance and reliability programs
Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with SAP, AutoCAD, CMMS, and capital project management
Ability to lead by example and build strong, engaged teams
