Responsibilities
Review and process technical documents describing property, boundaries, attributes, and ownership
Assist Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Cartography Specialists in researching and analyzing legal descriptions of real property
Update and maintain Taxing Authority information and documents
Scan and file documents and update database
Perform document scanning, processing, quality review, support services and create and update GIS database
Perform the basic technical duties of implementing parcel splits, combinations, and legal acreage changes using Geographic Information System (GIS) software and other specialized application software
Research and track chain of title of real property
Promote and adhere to the workplace values of accountability, commitment, and teamwork to help enrich lives beyond expectation
Maintain absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, customer records, and restricted County information
Perform other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
One (1) year of customer service and computer experience
Or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience may substitute for the minimum requirements
Preferred
One (1) year of GIS or cadastral mapping experience or equivalent educational credits
Arizona residents must have a valid Arizona Driver's License upon hire; newly established Arizona Residents must have one within 30 days of hire
