Responsibilities

Own end-to-end TA process design for Field Talent Acquisition, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business needs
Lead the development and maintenance of the recruiter toolkit including templates for intake, debrief, offer, and closeout
Design and manage the offer approval process and documentation
Define and operationalize the interview toolkit strategy (roles, tools, and scoring frameworks)
Partner with stakeholders to implement tools and training that enhance interviewer capability and consistency
Create internal enablement materials for recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers
Configure and optimize the ATS workflow to support recruiting lifecycle stages
Design, implement, and maintain the ATS approval chain in coordination with HR Ops and IT
Ensure alignment between TA systems and cross-functional platforms
Maintain and version control all TA processes, policies, protocols, and system configurations
Manage the TA library to ensure up-to-date access to current templates and process documents
Develop documentation for TA tools, including usage guides and best practices
Plan and execute rollout of new processes and tools, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
Anticipate change impact and lead proactive enablement strategies for TA and cross-functional teams
Coordinate with HR Operations and IT to ensure cohesive process and system alignment
Oversee vendor and invoice management for TA tools and services
Lead TA blueprint development and execution planning

Required

7+ years of experience in talent operations, HR operations, or recruiting enablement
Proven track record of designing and implementing TA processes and systems
Hands-on experience configuring and managing ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS)
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
Comfortable leading change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
Experience managing TA enablement content and documentation libraries

Preferred

People management experience preferred
Familiarity with recruiting metrics, reporting, and analytics tools is a plus
