Responsibilities

Handle 30–40 incoming calls per day with professionalism and accuracy
Greet and assist occasional office visitors
Provide administrative support during downtime, including HR‑related tasks as assigned
Maintain a welcoming, organized, and polished front desk environment
Support internal teams with clerical and administrative projects
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Required
