They are seeking a Designer to translate engineering requirements into accurate drawings while ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Interpret flow diagrams, design packs, and conceptual designs to prepare engineering drawings
Modify and update drawings to suit client, engineer, and internal team requirements
Manage drawing integration and interface with multi-discipline design teams
Apply working knowledge of Autodesk software (including 3D) and VAULT workflows
Adhere to drawing office standards and procedures
Maintain awareness of safety in design and applicable design codes and standards
Deliver drawings within project schedules and allocated man-hour budgets
Ensure high-quality, self-checked deliverables with minimal errors
Follow internal QA/QC and document control procedures, including use of BIM-DOCS for coordination
Interpret and action direction from Design Office Leads
Escalate issues or design changes proactively
Maintain clear handover and communication across disciplines
Work respectfully and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Take ownership of deliverables with a proactive, results-driven approach
Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented mindset
Show professionalism in all interactions and a commitment to continuous growth

Qualification

Autodesk softwareDesign certificationsISO standards familiarityMulti-discipline project experienceMS Office proficiencyOrganizational abilities

Required

Degree or diploma in a related field with applicable design certifications
4–6 years of relevant experience in an engineering or design office
Experience in the mining, EPCM, or industrial project sectors
Proficiency in Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Inventor, Vault)
Experience in a multi-discipline project environment
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
