Sanmina Corporation, through its division Viking Technology, specializes in high-performance storage solutions including SSDs and DRAM. The Sr. Director of Business Development is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with tier 1 customers in the U.S., maximizing revenue through strategic sales initiatives and customer support.

Responsibilities

Represent the Company to direct selected tier 1 customers in the U.S. territory

Assist in the development of and support of all Company sales programs within the selected customers in the assigned territory

Support the Company in all aspects of customer care

Accountable for developing new customer relationships while maintaining the existing customer base

Prepare penetration plans for major accounts and process requests for quotes and order submission

Work directly with the sales team and other members of the company to maximize revenue and strategic value

Generate reports to management on opportunities/challenges

Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of customer application requirements for Viking Technology DRAM and Flash and NVDIMM products

Act as liaison between customer and factory on all commercial issues

Provide management and direction to manufacturers’ reps as required
