Responsibilities

Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges
Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process, including identifying talent, conducting interviews, making job offers, and onboarding interns and newly graduated candidates
Accountable for running the “Doors” summer internship program
Build relationships with key stakeholders at universities and colleges to promote Leggett & Platt as an employer of choice
Coordinate and attend career fairs, information sessions, and other campus events to engage with students
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Be a strategic advisor to business clients by partnering with colleagues, management, site leaders and the HR community to determine current and future college recruiting needs
Develop and execute candidate generation strategies while building a pipeline of talent with an emphasis on Diversity and Inclusion
Perform extensive market research and college recruitment industry calibration
Stay abreast of sourcing/recruiting trends

Required

3+ years of campus recruitment, talent acquisition experience or relevant internship experience
Knowledge of campus recruitment best practices and trends
Ability to travel up to 50% or more
Ability to balance a high number of open positions, managing roles across multiple teams and departments
Ability to understand, articulate, and document a hiring manager's stated requirements, and formulate a clear value proposition that will attract the caliber of candidate we need to meet those requirements
Experience managing multiple roles within a fast-paced environment and address hiring needs with strong sense of urgency, while providing excellent candidate experience
To be a team and results oriented individual who can influence others
To promote organizational values, behaviors and diversity through daily candidate interactions, social media and effective employer branding strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
Experience with Handshake, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sources, such as referrals, to proactively develop a talent pipeline and promote organizational awareness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
