Identify risks and implement strategies to ensure successful program execution
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
At least 8 years of program management experience in the defense industry
Demonstrated leadership in production program delivery
Eligibility for a security clearance
A track record of managing complex defense programs while meeting production goals and maintaining budget and schedule
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with government, military, and internal stakeholders
Experience in identifying risks and implementing strategies to ensure successful program execution
