Responsibilities
Provide support to customers and bankers
Troubleshoot issues with operating systems, plugins, firewall access for customers, and resolve any issues that arise with their accounts or access
Supervising Digital Support Team Members
Monitor productivity of customer service representatives and generate reports
Determine procedures, work schedules and workflows required to service customers
Interact with product management and other departments to solve banker and customer problems in a prompt, efficient, and timely matter
Provide communication and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures customer needs and company related issues, changes, or actions
Qualification
Required
3-5 years related work experience within financial industry
Must be well organized
possess excellent telephone, computer and written and oral communication skills
Preferred
college degree preferred but not required
Managerial experience a plus
