Provide legal support to clients and assist Senior Associates
Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision and clarity
Developing thoughtful and effective litigation strategies
Conduct legal research
Develop claim negotiation skills while negotiating settlements
Reviewing documentation and preparing reports while providing updates to attorneys and clients
Conducting depositions
Continue to develop an understanding of Workers Comp rules and regulations by participating in approved continued education programs
Ensuring confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Accredited Law Degree
License to Practice Law in the State of Minnesota
Ability to organize data, multi-task and make decisions independently and timely
Preferred
Past worker's compensation experience is a plus, but not required
